Pandion Prinzessinnenstr. Berlin

A new office campus for modern working environments is being built on Prinzessinnenstrasse in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Two adjacent buildings of different depths, each with six storeys, are planned on the 4,800 sqm site, each with commercial uses on the first floor. The new building blends into the heterogeneous streetscape of Prinzessinnenstrasse and closes the development on its south side. The façade with generous views and a zone of reflective, translucent metal panels in front creates a gentle filter between the street space and the working environment, enabling concentration and a connection to the outside at the same time. The inner courtyards are planted with greenery and have a public café. Two pavilion-like structures, leaning against the fire walls, serve as changing areas for cyclists on the one hand and as leisure and event spaces for the tenants on the other. Green roof terraces provide additional recreational areas.
