Neues Ufer Berlin

The transformation of a once-industrial stretch along the Charlottenburger Verbindungskanal in Berlin-Moabit has given rise to the progressive future mixed quarter ‘Neues Ufer’. A harmonious blend of residences and commercial spaces, with dedicated places for craft and creative endeavours. The character of Neues Ufer is distinguished by sustainable architecture that incorporates existing industrial buildings within expansive green landscapes. Two bold residential towers transform the skyline, their composition opening the quarter towards the riverbank, offering sweeping views over the historic Charlottenburg canal. Office spaces, production and a Kita creating a vibrant lively atmosphere, while the central green space and two public playgrounds mix amenity, an added value for neighbours as well as extending far beyond to the whole community.
